This week, the Planet Realty team visited the brand new Lakeside HOPE House in the old Norfolk United Church at the corner of Norfolk and Cork Streets. Priding themselves on being community focused, they aim to help members of the Guelph community meet their needs without stepping on the toes of other organizations. They fill in the cracks wherever they can and can always use our support as they develop and grow their community services.
