The second level of RiverHouse’s above ground parkade is nearing completion, and as a member of the construction team quips, “we’re almost getting to the easy part”. By “easy part”, he’s referring to construction of RiverHouse’s main tower which will quickly take shape beginning with terraced suites on the 3rd level. Those floors are designed with identical suites stacked immediately above each other, in order to preserve a clean interior layout and uniform exterior facade. For those familiar with the rendering and design of the building, the 4th floor terrace and tri-level parking addition will be built upon the completion of the main tower.
