A Sample of Tricar’s Award-Winning Suite Design

Last Saturday night, the Delta Hotel played host to the Guelph & District Home Builders’ Association’s annual Awards Gala. Builders of all types and sizes competed for a series of awards recognizing the greatest successes in new development throughout the area.

The RiverHouse team was on hand in strong numbers to see Tricar nominated in a number of categories for their downtown masterpiece. The architectural gem was up for awards recognizing not only its product quality but also the marketing campaign that surrounded the successful launch and sales efforts.

We are pleased to announce that RiverHouse Condominiums took home the award for the Best Mid-High Density (Multi-Family) Design for their array of city- and river-view suites in the highrise, including the eventual winner, The Nottingham Suite. In addition to the win for the suite layouts & finishes, RiverHouse and the Tricar group were named finalists for Best Website, Best Sales Office/Decor Centre, Best Ad Campaign, and Guelph & Area Project of the Year.

The RiverHouse project, start to finish, has been one of the most revered and acclaimed developments to come to Guelph in a number of years. The award recognition was icing on the cake for the Tricar Group as they begin to move towards the launch of their latest Downtown Guelph development: River Mill Condominiums. It is poised to be a strong follow-up for Tricar & Planet Realty alike.
